My new niece-in-law shared with me that sugar-free jell-o served with fat free cool-whip is a free Weight Watchers snack! Waa Hoo!! But I wanted a slightly less expensive way to serve this snack. Although the single serve jell-o packages are only a few dollars, I knew I could do this a lot cheaper. So I invested in two boxes of small containers found in the same aisle as the plastic bags. These were meant as baby food containers. Then, of course, I bought the boxes of dry sugar free jell-o, mixed them up and voila!
Well the blog is what the title says...eclectic. I love to knit and crochet, cook, play piano, read, homeschool, write, hang out with my family, thrift shop, coupon, do math, craft...the list goes on. I may write about all those things or something else completely different! I love to review books, audios, and products that I've found useful and fun just to pass things along to you. You name it, you just may find it sometime on this blog.

Weight Watchers on a Budget
