Breakfast

We're in a breakfast rutt. So today I'm breaking out an old favorite. The recipe we use is called Popover Pancake. But some call it Dutch pancake, or Dutch baby. Whatever you call it, it's delicious! We eat it as-is with a little confectioner's (which we call Perfectioner's) sugar.

6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. There CAN be lumps. Pour into a sprayed cast iron skillet. Bake 20-30 minutes intil it looks like this.
